Knowledge 2026: Exploring ServiceNow’s CreatorCon
As ServiceNow kicked off Knowledge 2026 in Las Vegas, the company’s expo floor was largely devoted to its own offerings designed to empower enterprises with the power of agentic AI. Featuring familiar offerings, as well as newly announced services, the experience was highly interactive, leading attendees through gamified demonstrations of various aspects of ServiceNow’s platform. Participants could learn about coding in the Vibe Code Lounge, uncover cybersecurity and data governance features at the ServiceNow University, or elevate their own skill level in the Knowledge Playground. And all of the experiences worked together to further ServiceNow’s message that agentic AI is accessible to everyone.
