Cisco Live 2026: Cisco IQ Helps Organizations Deliver a Better, More Seamless Customer Experience
At Cisco Live 2026, many of Cisco’s major announcements were focused on elevating the customer experience. Those innovations are designed to benefit both internal and external customers, driving a more secure and productive experience for all. Many of those advancements are now available through Cisco IQ, as explained in a keynote and accompanying blog by Liz Centoni, Cisco’s executive vice president and chief customer experience officer. Geodis and Room & Board, two Cisco customers, shared some of the ways Cisco IQ is driving efficiency, stability and innovation for transport providers, manufacturers and retailers, much of which could be applied in nearly any industry.
