Before the pandemic, few organizations had embraced remote work to the degree that many have today. In hybrid and remote work environments, employers must find ways to facilitate communication among employees working from home or any number of remote locations.

Many educational settings faced the same challenges during the pandemic and relied on technology to enable remote learning and connections with their students.
