NRF 2026: Expo Floor Tour
At the 2026 edition of the retail industry’s biggest annual event, agentic artificial intelligence was the focus for many participating vendors. And while that subject dominated much of the conversation at NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show in New York City, other innovative forms of technology were on display from exhibitors including Honeywell, Brother, Zebra Technologies and Amazon Web Services.
Retail shoppers’ expectations continue to escalate as they become more familiar with innovative technologies, and they demand the same convenience they experience in other aspects of their lives.
