CDW Expands Its IT Solutions and Services with Acquisition of Sirius

The deal strengthens CDW’s ability to deliver customer-centric outcomes across a full technology solutions stack.

CDW has acquired Sirius Computer Solutions, a leading integrator of technology-based solutions. The acquisition will enhance CDW’s offerings for hybrid infrastructure, digital and data innovation, and security, as well as cloud and managed services.

Sirius’s capabilities include helping NEBCO, a family-owned organization serving Nebraska and nearby states with concrete and other building materials, to update its aging data center with a secure hybrid cloud solution based on VMware Cloud (VMC) on Amazon Web Services. The move enabled the company to reduce costs and improve performance while increasing its IT recoverability and scalability.
