What's Most Important to Modernize: People or Technology?

At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, CIO Mark Henderson found that his faculty weren't necessarily in need of just better, faster technology, but they actually needed help and training to acquire the skills and insights to leverage technology in a way that was truly effective in the classroom. On the flipside, from an infrastructure perspective, Henderson is aiming for scale and automation by tapping into the cloud to treat more of his infrastructure as a service.

We spoke with Mark Henderson at CDW's Executive Summit in Chicago to get his priorities on IT modernization.
