Cisco Live 2018: How to Get Young Women Involved in STEM and IT
How can IT organizations boost the number of women in their ranks? Start young. That was a message IT executives and industry leaders gave us at Cisco Live 2018. By developing a strong pipeline of young women and cultivating their interest in science, technology, engineering and math, organizations of all kinds can help create the next generation of women in IT. Ultimately, that benefits not just those organizations but the larger community as a whole.
