Daily operations for businesses have fundamentally changed amid widespread remote work. From meetings to workflows, organizations have had to adapt to changing needs. Not only must organizations evolve to meet customer needs in the new normal, but they must find new ways to set their customer experiences apart from competitors in order to succeed in current economic constraints.
