Tech Leaders Say More Diverse Workforce is Vital

Technology industry leaders are focused on cultivating and supporting a more diverse workforce. From gender to generation, sexual orientation to race, a more inclusive talent pool allows for greater debate, better ideas and increased opportunity. At the CDW Core-to-Cloud SummIT in Las Vegas, Ellen Kirby of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings joined CDW's Matt Axtell and Sandra Blettner to discuss the benefit of diversity in tech.
