Square Allows Customers to Give Feedback Through Digital Receipts

Many people believe that the biggest value offered by a mobile or electronic point-of-sale system is its freedom from paper-based currency and all of the management headaches that come with handling cash. But there are also opportunities for retailers to gather more information and insights from customers than ever before.

Square, a leader in mobile POS, has just rolled out Square Feedback, which offers retailers a customer feedback tool in its digital receipts, reports PSFK. Even more important, businesses can respond to any customer feedback through one-on-one messaging.
