An Inside Look at West Coast Customs and CDW’s Technoliner [Photos]

Tasked with building a mobile data center on wheels, the two companies collaboratively built the ultimate tech vehicle.

If you were a fan of MTV’s early 2000s hit show “Pimp My Ride,” then you already know that the talented team at West Coast Customs can make the impossible possible when it comes to tricking out cars.

CDW and West Coast Customs teamed up this past spring to build a technology showcase on wheels. What started out as a charter bus was revamped into an ultramodern tech titan with retro flourishes.

Measuring 48 feet long, the Technoliner is jam-packed with interactive and mobile technology. There are 55-inch LED Elo Touch Solutions touch-screen displays, digital whiteboards, tablets, Xbox 360s and a 13-by-6-foot video wall, which includes six 60-inch Planar Systems LED displays. For more information on how it all came together, read “West Coast Customs Outfits Bus to Showcase Cutting-Edge Technology.”

Take a look at how everything came together in our slideshow of the CDW Technoliner below.
