- The NRF/IBM study, "The coming AI revolution in retail and consumer products," was released Monday during NRF 2019 Retail's Big Show.
- Researchers surveyed more than 1,900 retail and consumer products executives in 23 countries, and found that 2 in 5 retailers are already using intelligent automation. That number is expected to double by 2021.
- Greater agility and the ability to make game-changing decisions faster are some of the top benefits of AI-fueled technology.
