A lot has been said about the technology that’s enabling our new way of working. Organizations have had to make wholesale changes to operations to adapt to a distributed workforce, as few were truly prepared for life without the office.
While the impact of large-scale tools like videoconferencing and messaging apps can’t be overstated, there are also simple tools that can make a big difference in a hybrid work environment. A lot of the technology that has been implemented recently already existed, but it is being applied in new, innovative ways to meet the moment.
This is what we’ll explore in the next CDW Tech Talk webcast, where we will be joined by AFTIA CEO Richard McIlroy to highlight some of these tools. McIlroy will discuss how workflow has changed over the past couple of years, and how that has pushed organizations to expand the ways they use certain tools.
One industry that has faced significant shifts in this area is healthcare. We will hear from experts at this year’s HIMSS conference about how these changes have affected communication in the sector.
